🌱 Soaking & Sprouting Instructions
- Measure: Add 30 grams (approximately 2 tablespoons) of dry seed to a clean mason jar with a sprouting lid.
- Soak: Cover seeds with fresh water and soak for 4–12 hours. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
- Rinse & Drain: Rinse twice daily with cool water. Swirl gently and drain completely. Keep jar tilted so excess water does not pool.
- Grow: Continue rinsing and draining for approximately 5 days, or until sprouts reach your desired length.
- Final Drying Step: For best storage life, do not rinse on the final day before harvesting. Allow sprouts to dry naturally in the jar before your final drain.
🌬 Drying & Storage
- After the final rinse, drain extremely thoroughly.
- Allow sprouts to dry well before refrigerating.
- Store in an airtight container lined with a paper towel for moisture control.
- Replace the paper towel as needed if it becomes damp.
Properly drained, dried, and moisture-controlled sprouts stay fresh up to 10 days in the refrigerator.

- 30 grams (approximately 2 tablespoons) of dry seed yields 3–4 cups of fresh sprouts.
