🌱 Coriander (Cilantro) — 30 g
Microgreen Seeds • Fresh Herb Flavour • Tray Method

Coriander (cilantro) is a beloved culinary herb with a bright, fresh flavour. These seeds are grown in a tray as microgreens (not in a jar). Harvest fresh greens right from your own countertop for a vibrant, flavourful garnish.

🌿 Nutritional Profile
Cilantro microgreens add fresh green nutrition to meals and are commonly enjoyed as a flavourful way to include more living foods in your diet.

Seed Storage: To prolong viability, it is best to store them in the fridge. If you store your seeds in the freezer, they’ll last indefinitely.

🌱 Soaking & Growing Instructions (Tray Method)

Optional: Lightly crush seeds (recommended) to help split the outer hull and improve germination.

  • Soak seeds in fresh water for 6–8 hours.
  • Drain thoroughly.
  • Spread seeds evenly over pre-moistened soil in a shallow tray.
  • Mist lightly, then cover with a second tray or humidity dome.
  • Stack and weight in the dark: Place another tray on top and add 5–10 lbs of weight for 3–4 days.
  • Once most seeds have germinated and pushed upward, remove weight and uncover.
  • Move to bright indirect light.
  • Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
  • Harvest in 10–14 days, depending on the size you prefer.

Cut just above soil level and enjoy fresh.

🌬 Drying & Storage

  • Harvest with clean scissors and remove any seed hulls as needed.
  • Pat dry on a paper towel if damp.
  • Store dry in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Optional: line container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.

🌾 Yield & Value
This package yields approximately 5 cups of Cilantro, at $0.67 to $1.00 per cup, depending on how long you let them grow.
