Curly or garden cress microgreens are vibrant, flavourful greens that add a bold, peppery kick to your meals. Botanically related to watercress and mustard, they are prized for their spicy flavour with subtle hints of radish and wasabi.

Seed Storage: To prolong viability, store seeds in the refrigerator. For long-term storage, seeds may be kept in the freezer.

🌿 Tray / Microgreen Growing Instructions
Days to Grow: 8–12 days
Soak Time: No Soak
Yield: 1 Tbsp of dry seed yields approximately 2.5–3 cups of sprouts.
Seeding Density (10" x 20" tray): 20 g (standard density) to 32 g (heavy density).
- Pre-moisten soil or a grow mat in a shallow tray.
- Spread seeds evenly over the surface. Do not soak.
- Mist lightly and cover with a second tray or humidity dome.
- Stack and weight lightly in the dark for 2–3 days.
- Once germinated and pushing up, remove weight and uncover.
- Move to bright indirect light.
- Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
- Harvest when greens reach desired size.
🌬 Drying & Storage
- After harvest, ensure greens are dry before storing.
- Pat dry gently on a paper towel if needed.
- Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
