Sprouting Seed Blend • Crunchy • Protein-Rich

An easy to grow favourite! A hearty blend of garbanzos (chickpeas), lentils, and peas for fresh, crunchy sprouts.

🌿 Nutritional Profile

Rich in protein (29%) and fibre. Vitamins: A, B-6, C, K, Thiamin (B1), Niacin (B3), Folate (very high). Minerals: High in iron, manganese, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and zinc.

Seed Storage: To prolong viability, store seeds in the refrigerator. For long-term storage, seeds may be kept in the freezer.

🌱 Soaking & Sprouting Instructions (Jar Method)

Days to Sprout: 3–5 days
Soak Time: 6–12 hours
Yield: 30 g yields approximately 1/2 cup of sprouts.

  • In a clean mason jar with a straining lid, soak 30 grams of seeds in 3" of fresh, lukewarm water at room temperature for 6–12 hours. Drain.
  • Twice daily, refill the jar with fresh cool water, swirl, and drain on a 45° angle in a bowl or dish rack. Make sure they are not sitting in water.
  • Ready to eat in 3–5 days (or to your taste).

🌬 Drying & Storage

  • After the final rinse, allow sprouts to grow another half day so they absorb most of the water.
  • Pat dry gently on a paper towel.
  • Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
