π± Soaking & Sprouting Instructions (Jar Method)
Days to Sprout: 12β14 days
Soak Time: 4β6 hours
Yield: 1 Tbsp of dry seed yields approximately 2β3 cups of sprouts.
- Put 30 grams of seed in a wide mouth jar with a sprouting lid.
- Add water, swirl, and drain. Refill jar with water and soak 4β6 hours.
- Drain well and invert jar at a 45Β° angle on a rack or in a bowl/dish rack.
- Rinse twice daily with cool water, swirl, and drain well.
- Ready to eat in about 12β14 days (or to your taste).
πΏ Tray / Microgreen Growing Instructions

Soak Time: 4β6 hours (optional for tray growing)
Seeding Density (10" x 20" tray): 20 g (standard density) to 32 g (heavy density).
- Pre-moisten soil or a grow mat in a shallow tray.
- Spread seeds evenly over the surface.
- Mist lightly and cover with a humidity dome for the first few days.
- Move to bright indirect light once germinated.
- Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
- Harvest when greens reach desired height.

- After harvest, ensure greens are dry before storing.
- Pat dry gently on a paper towel if needed.
- Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
