🌱 Soaking & Sprouting Instructions (Jar Method)

Soak Time: 4–6 hours
Yield: 1 Tbsp of dry seed yields approximately 2–3 cups of sprouts.

  • Put 30 grams of seed in a wide mouth jar with a sprouting lid.
  • Add water, swirl, and drain. Refill jar with water and soak 4–6 hours.
  • Drain well and invert jar at a 45Β° angle on a rack or in a bowl/dish rack.
  • Rinse twice daily with cool water, swirl, and drain well.
  • Ready to eat in about 12–14 days (or to your taste).

🌿 Tray / Microgreen Growing Instructions

Days to Grow: 12–14 days (or to your taste)
Soak Time: 4–6 hours (optional for tray growing)

Seeding Density (10" x 20" tray): 20 g (standard density) to 32 g (heavy density).

  • Pre-moisten soil or a grow mat in a shallow tray.
  • Spread seeds evenly over the surface.
  • Mist lightly and cover with a humidity dome for the first few days.
  • Move to bright indirect light once germinated.
  • Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
  • Harvest when greens reach desired height.

  • After harvest, ensure greens are dry before storing.
  • Pat dry gently on a paper towel if needed.
  • Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
